The Delhi Premier League (DPL T20) is back for its second season. The Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) has announced the rules, player categories and budget for men’s and women’s player auctions and Delhi’s cricket fraternity is buzzing.
This year’s auctions will be held on July 6 (Men’s) and July 7 (Women’s) in New Delhi and will be live on FanCode. Fans can expect more coverage.
DDCA has announced that there will be no age restriction for cricket players. This means players of all ages including under 16 can be considered for auction. This should encourage local talent and give younger players a chance to play with top Indian cricketers.
