Shubman Gill is the Prince of Indian cricket, in his young international cricket career.

Born in Punjab, India on 8th September 1999, he is a right right-handed top order batsman with lots of skill, passion and dedication towards his game and team. He is playing for India in all three formats and newly appointed as the Test captain of Indian cricket team.

There are many more young talented cricketers coming up in in Indian cricket but every cricket lover and expert in not only in India but world cricket sees him as the true successor of the King of world cricket Virat Kohli.

He has been always seen as a true successor to Virat Kohli in Indian cricket reason is, the way he bats on the field and his passion and hunger to convert his numbers to high on the scoreboard.

He is appointed as the new test captain of Indian test team after retirement of former test captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli from the red ball cricket.

He is also vice captain of Indian ODI team and also led team India for few matches in T20Is.

He is the current captain of Gujrat Titans in Indian Premier League.

He is not only playing for the Indian team but also breaking old records and making new one’s. He recently won a historic match at Edgbaston, India leading in batting by making 200+ in 1st inning and 150+ in 2nd inning.
