Ancy Sojan was born in Kerala and she serves as a chief petty officer in the Indian Navy. She is a fantastic athlete in the women’s long jump.
She has won many medals in international competitions. In the 2022 Asian Games she won silver and marked as one of India’s top field athletes, in Asian Athletics Championship 2025 she claimed silver.
Indian Grand prix 2024 she claimed gold with a leap of 6.52m, it was after the 7 months long injury.
She won the National Open Athletics Championship 2024 and she won gold here. In this championship she set her personal best of 6.71m leap.

On 15 July She won the bronze 🥉 at Lingnano Meeting in Italy. This is the medal which shows her strong consistency and adds to her growing list of international medals. This medal is going to help Ancy Sojan to reach into the 2025 World Athletics Championship, for which
